When will I be charged for my subscription?
You’ll be charged on your next order date, not the delivery date. This is the date when your upcoming order is locked in.
Can I make changes to my upcoming order?
Absolutely! You can:
  • Swap meals
  • Skip the order
  • Reschedule your next delivery (applies to future orders too)
  • Change delivery frequency (weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks)
Just make sure to make these changes before your charge date.
How do I change my order or schedule?
You can do this in your account—look for the link in your subscription confirmation email. Or feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll help you out!
Do I need to update all items when I change the schedule or frequency?
Yes, changes like delivery date or frequency need to be applied to each item in your order.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel any time. However, if an order has already been charged and is on its way, it cannot be canceled.
Can I change the number of meals in my box?
No, at this time we only offer bundles of 6 or 12 meals. This helps us keep packaging and shipping efficient—and prices lower for you!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to the 41 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to WA, OR, NV, UT, ID, MT, ME, AK, HI, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO addresses.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free on both your first order and all recurring orders with an active subscription.
How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 12pm CST, Monday–Wednesday, ship the same day with 2-day delivery.

Orders placed after 12pm Wednesday–Sunday will ship the following Monday.

How do I track my order?
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your box leaves our facilities.
There was no dry ice in my box—should I be worried?
Not at all! Dry ice naturally evaporates in transit. As long as your meals are still firm to the touch, they’re perfectly safe to eat.
What do I do with leftover dry ice?
Carefully dispose of it in a well-ventilated outdoor trash can. Never touch it with bare hands—use oven mitts or tongs!

❄️ Frozen Meals & Food Safety

How should I store my meals when they arrive?
Pop them into the freezer right away. If they’re cold but not completely frozen, do not refreeze. Instead, store them in the fridge and enjoy within 2 days.
Can I refreeze thawed meals?
No, refreezing affects the quality of our meals. Our meals are frozen using Acoustic Freezing technology, which helps preserve taste and texture—but these benefits are lost if the meal is refrozen. If your meals arrive partially thawed, store them in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
How long will leftovers last in the fridge?
Please enjoy it within 24 hours after opening the original packaging.

💰 Refunds & Returns

Can I return my meals?
Because our meals are frozen, we don’t accept returns.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If you receive a defective product, let us know immediately by emailing info@5mingourmet.com. Include your name, 4-digit order number, and a photo (if applicable).
What qualifies as a product defect?
We accept refund claims for objective issues (like shipping damage), but not for subjective preferences (like taste).
What if my meals arrive defrosted?
We’ve got you covered! Send a photo of the box and meals to info@5mingourmet.com with your name and order number. You’ll receive a full refund, and we recommend discarding the meals.
