Cauliflower, Icelandic Cod, Carrots, Milk, Olive Oil, Butter (Cream), Garlic, Reduced Sodium Salt (Sodium Сhloride, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, L-Lysine, Silica, Potassium Iodide), Parsley, Basil, Lemon Juice, Tarragon, Black Pepper
This meal is cooked with Pansuola® Reduced Sodium Salt.

2. Microwave on high for 5 minutes (1100w)
3. Allow it to cool for 1 minute
